Background

I am a second year undergraduate student studying Biomedical Engineering with an emphasis in Biomechanics. I plan to pursue a master’s degree in this field and work in industry.

Current Responsibilities

  • Validating and improving patient-specific computational models of cartilage defects in the hip
  • Detecting and quantifying damage to collagen on the molecular level

Research Interests

My interests lie in the orthopedic industry. I plan to further research of different pathologies that are poorly understood and increase our understanding through experimentation and computational modeling.
