Background

Research interests lie in Computational Chemistry from both a quantum and classical thermodynamic viewpoint. Thus, my majors here are Chemistry and Computer Science. My teenage years were spent in the backwoods of Montana, so there exists a little "country" in me.

Current Responsibilities

For the past two years Chuck and I have been developing a Deflagration to Detonation model in the Uintah Computational Framework. This multimaterial, multiphase, multilength scale model is designed to be a novell approach to studying a so far little studied phenomenon of high energetic materials.

Research Interests

  • High Energetic Materials
  • Parallel Computing
  • Nanomachines
  • Polymers
