Job Summary
 · Responsible for installing Windows, OSX, and Linux (OpenSUSE, CentOS, Ubuntu) desktops
· Help users in diagnosing, updating operating systems, and applying recommended & security patches
· Experience working at University environment to assist faculty, staff, and students
· Excellent communication and courteous customer service skills are essential
· Able to work as a valued team member under the guidance of supervisor
· Preference to CS students in sophomore and junior level
· Schedule is flexible, up to 19 hours/week
