Designed especially for neurobiologists, FluoRender is an interactive tool for multi-channel fluorescence microscopy data visualization and analysis.
Deep brain stimulation
BrainStimulator is a set of networks that are used in SCIRun to perform simulations of brain stimulation such as transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and magnetic transcranial stimulation (TMS).
Developing software tools for science has always been a central vision of the SCI Institute.

Background

I am currently an undergraduate student studying biomedical engineering at the University of Utah. I conduct research in the Computational Electrocardiology Group led by Dr. Rob MacLeod aiming to improve our understanding of myocardial ischemia. I have presented my research at the Research on Capitol Hill Symposium and the Undergraduates in Biomedical Engineering Conference.

Current Responsibilities

I am currently constructing patient-specific computational cardiac models. My specific tasks include signal filtering, anatomical segmentation, and geometric registration.

Research Interests

Mechanisms of Myocardial Ischemia
Computational Models of Cardiac Electrophysiology
Investigating Uncertainty Present in Model Parameters
