Asma is a BS/MS student working under Dr. Elhabian on a comprehensive benchmarking study evaluating a range of semi-supervised and deterministic reconstruction methods for statistical shape modeling across challenging anatomies. She has also contributed to other anatomical shape modeling projects in Dr. Elhabian’s lab, including the development of clinically relevant morphological modes of variation for complex right-ventricular and outflow-tract anatomies in pediatric cardiac patients.
