Over nearly three decades of service, I’ve had the opportunity to lead people, manage complex programs, and drive meaningful improvements across both the U.S. Air Force and the National Science Foundation. In the Air Force, I managed sustainment programs, led logistics/modernization for Combat Search and Rescue aircraft, and introduced process improvements that boosted efficiency and cut costs. At the National Science Foundation, I advanced through several leadership roles and recently retired as Business Operations Coordinator, where I oversaw the annual budgets, guided workforce planning, and introduced data-driven automation and collaboration tools to streamline operations.
