Background

I received a B.S. degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming in 2000. I received an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2001. I worked as a software engineer and systems engineer for Raytheon from 2002 - 2009 implementing and refining signal processing algorithms.

Current Responsibilities

I will be working as a developer with Dr. Fletcher on the Autism project. I will work to integrate the existing scripts and code into a user-friendly package for researchers to process and analyze DTI and fMRI images.

I will also be working with Dr. MacLeod on the Afib project. Initially, I will be developing a new version of Seg3D and then progress on to other image processing and quantification software development.
