Background

My previous research projects were mainly on bone biomechanics with a focus on understanding the link between mechanics and biology (mechanobiology) to solve problems in orthopedics.

Current Responsibilities

I am working on computational modeling to evaluate the effects of force on integrin conformation using molecular dynamics simulations and to examine cellular mechanosensing using different integrins.

Research Interests

  • Mechanobiology
  • Molecular & Cellular Biology
  • Molecular Dynamics Simulations
  • Computational Models and Simulations of Biological Systems
  • Computational Simulations of Molecules and Protein Assemblies
