Detailed Description

Final.

This class encapsulates using a display list with any allowable OpenGL calls.
The OpenGL call sequence is defined in the callback passed to the 'compile()' fcn.
The callback is of type 'void name()' or 'void CallType::name() const' and the 'compile' command is called as:

1) compile( name ) 2) compile( new MemberCommand0<CallType>(objPtr, &CallType::name) )

This class is NOT meant to be subclassed!
