- From West Jordan, UT
Current Responsibilities
I am working with Jeff Weiss, Ben Ellis, and Brenden Klennert to study the impact of focal cartilage defects in the hip, specifically using computational methods such as FE modeling. The goal of this study is to develop an understanding of how cartilage defects affect hip cartilage stress and strain and to predict the development of OA, in order to enable patient-specific recommendations depending on the size and location of the defect.
